Deborah Hoyt

A local resident since 1972, Deborah is "Sold on Santa Cruz County." She has an outstanding 43 year record as a consistent top producing Real Estate Broker since 1978. Her background in art and education allows her to approach every transaction with creativity and a thorough attention to detail.

Deborah's diverse experience includes 1031 Exchanges, Luxury homes, commercial & investment properties. She enjoys helping first time buyers as well as investors, since she herself owns and manages beach rentals, multi-residential & commercial properties.
Deb is a Member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, has been listed in the national publication, "Who's Who in Creative Real Estate," and has received numerous awards from the Santa Cruz Association of Realtors. Her business philosophy is based on building long-term relationships with her clients; her goal is to earn their business for life!

Clint Hufford

Clint's "client first" practice places his client's goals at the forefront of every transaction. His market knowledge, marketing skills and negotiating profile assures clients receive optimum results from every transaction on both the buy and sell side. Clint's real estate career started in 1977 when he was recruited to be Director of Real Estate and Leasing for a national franchise company. Clint's vast experience in both commercial and residential real estate has provided him with a background that benefits clients involved with 1031 transactions. After reconnecting at a 30 year high school reunion with one of Santa Cruz's top Real Estate Brokers, Clint moved to Santa Cruz to work with Deborah Hoyt. An active member of the Pasatiempo Golf Club, his current sports passion is golf.
